New Paragraph
Our aim is to bring the best out of every pupil that attends Tilney All Saints
History
At Anthony Curton and Tilney All Saints we provide children with a coherent knowledge specifically sequenced to improve pupils understanding of Britain’s past and that of the wider world. We hope to inspire our children’s curiosity about people and events of the past that have significant influences on our modern day lives. History helps pupils to understand the complexity of people’s lives, the process of change, the diversity of societies and relationships between different groups, as well as their own identity and the challenges of their time. Our curriculum provides an in depth look at key historical concepts including empires, trade and culture and skills such as chronological awareness, causation and interpretation to help our pupils to become lifelong learners and understand the ever changing world we all live in.
