Navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan
Red or dark blue Polo shirt
Shirt/blouse Grey or black trousers or skirt
Checked dresses can be worn if desired (Red or blue check)
Black sensible shoes Book bag – which is given to children as they start school

PE Uniform

Plain white T-shirt
Dark coloured sweatshirt
Dark coloured tracksuit bottoms or leggings
Dark coloured shorts
Trainers or plimsolls (depending if P.E. is indoor or outdoor)
Plain clothing items are preferable, however, a small branded logo is acceptable.

Branded Uniform

Anthony Curton and Tilney All Saints Primary Schools are committed to promoting equality and value for money and to ensuring that no child is discriminated against due to their religion or belief, economic circumstances or social and cultural background.

If you do not wish for your child to have uniform with the school logo on, uniform can be purchased from local shops or supermarkets. If uniform is bought from a shop/supermarket, we ask that parents buy similar colours and clothing to those sold on the website.

General Requirements

Uniform should be clean, neat, in good repair and appropriate for the weather.
All clothing, shoes and personal belongings brought into school should be clearly named.
Footwear – flat trainers/shoes/boots or sandals with straps around the back of the heel and closed toe – no high-heeled shoes or open toes shoes should be worn.
Hairstyles to be neat and tidy; long hair must be tied back for PE and swimming.

Hats and scarves are not to be worn indoors.
No make-up, nail varnish or other fashion accessories to be worn;
For health and safety reasons, no jewellery should be worn during PE.
PE kit needs to be in school all week.
As children go outside for PE throughout the year, it is recommended that their trainers are put in a plastic bag inside their PE bag.
For swimming, girls should wear a one-piece swimming costume and boys should wear trunks or swim shorts with an inner lining.
